So my mturk account has randomly been suspended after having no issues with anything and having been on mturk consistently for almost 9 years now. Anyone ever have a problem with this? I'm supposed to send a copy of my driver's license to some random fax line. How long does it take to get this resolved?

 

If they already done it? Hm... perhaps never.

 

I don't know about timelines for getting it restored but I've seen people on here say that Mturk is fairly responsive on Twitter. You might get a quicker response if you @ them.

 

I've seen some people talking about that lately on the subreddit. Seems like they fix it pretty quick once you send in your ID. I saw someone mention a day, and another a few days. You can use a free online fax service to make it easier.

Thanks for the help everyone. I sent them the fax, hopefully this can be resolved quickly because mturk is like half my income right now.
