    I think I might make chili today. it went from the 70s and 80's to not. & it's derby week where I live! I'm thinking beef, chorizo and serrano peppers but open to suggestions. walking to the farmers market would be good for me, it's super sunny outside.

    ive done it a few times with reg beef chili and with chicken chili. I tended to go 2:1 with beef/chicken:chorizo ratio. turns out really good

    I love it but it's kind of like when my roommate buys a shit ton of ground turkey, cut it with ground beef. it's so good though, especially if you get really good spiced chorizo cause that matters a lot too.
