    Fire their asses up on social media - force them to answer in front of an audience.

    I would highly recommend frequency music for extremely difficult situations like this. Different frequencies correspond to different purposes. 432 hz, which helps balance the mind, would be a good place to start. I've had the best results from the Lovemotives channel on YouTube compared to some other channels on there.

    Situations like this are never easy. I hope you are able to find some momentary peace in life.
