I guess CloudResearch is desperately trying to promote themselves. I just did a short study on Prolific and it was littered with "CloudResearch participant" and "CloudResearch survey" throughout. I laughed out loud, thanks for the warning! Shameless self promotion from the participant pool manipulators. So happy Prolific keeps them in line over there. I wonder if there's anything about this kind of self promotion in the ToS.

I imagine that would depend on how persistent you are. Good luck. I had this problem a couple years ago and was able to speak to someone on the phone and resolve it. They asked for specific information about my Amazon account activity to confirm it was my account. Weird...
