    Hello,
    I sent you a message a few ago when this same HIT got stuck on me. I returned it and I've been able to take this current it. I spent 15 full minutes doing whatever could be done, at the end I also [survey content] because there was nothing else left to do. Why did you reject the HIT with the motivation "unspecified"? I did almost whatever could have been done and the HIT submitted by itself at the end of the 15 minutes. Maybe you didn't get the data, maybe having taken the previous HIT, having had to return it, and then having taken the same HIT again caused your server some problem.. I don't know, I only feel this rejection is highly unfair.
