It is your DNS.

If you don't know how to change that you are just going to have to deal with it until your ISP's DNS gets fixed.

 

some are starting to work again. this happens every few days, will have to fix it when I have time. also I might have my rent on time for next month. that is basically a national holiday when that happens.

 

Changing your DNS to google's would likely fix that. If you know anyone that knows about computers it would be really easy for them to show you how to do it.
