I can find emails from Amazon payments where they asked me for identity verification and then in one of them I told them my mTurk account was still showing the old State- I think originally I changed it through the amazon payments option on that page and then when I had some problems, we e'd back and forth and straightened it out. So, I mentioned the mTurk problem and I think someone just switched it for me cause after I mentioned it, it changed one day to my new State.
