It's a little freaky, given how huge our front window is.

We don't usually have high humidity here (sometimes we do, but mostly it's bone dry and I have to use a humidifier for Bearnie/me cause of our asthma). Even with central air in SC/GA, we had to use a de-humidifier cause it has to be justtttt right!

It's just not gonna come in most of the houses in my town because up until recently, it didn't get very hot here most of the time. The temp has seen a bit of an increase over the last 10 years, so it's only recently houses even started being built with central air here. It's just not realistic for us to discount a house based off the AC situation. We will just have to modify most likely.
