    Normally, matt is the one who straightens shit out when they go sideways but the rental company booched it and didn’t get us the hand truck I already paid for- problematic when we are moving a fridge and such.

    23% discount. I didn’t yell or anything, cause I’m not a human garbo person, but my facial expression said it all and matt just quietly stood there while I told the rental guy this was completely unacceptable.

    I’m rarely mad about this stuff, but now I’m mad. I can’t even rent one here from Home Depot today because we’re rural and I would have had to arrange it days ago for this town but I HAD ALREADY RENTED ONE.
