    The fact I've gotta break it down for you proves it. Whole point of milk in a smoothie is a thicker liquid base. Ice in a blender? Thicker but without the unneeded crap that is milk. :emoji_rolling_eyes:

    My house is clean from top to bottom and all neat and organized (prep for the holidays and my recovery time). All my pre-op tests are done and I see the doc in a week to discuss and schedule the surgery but After almost 2 weeks of mostly not turking
