    There are rarely repeat transcription requesters, so that's very common and I would trust it. If you don't want it, @laby or I would take it off your hands ;)

    I'm not familiar with the requester but I don't do a lot of transcription hits. Could just be a new requester. I guess it's just a matter of if you feel the reward is worth the risk ;)
