So my plan here is to lie to my body in a couple hours. I'm waking up and drinking coffee now, cleaning feverishly to tire myself out and then at around 11pm take melatonin and pass the fuck out until 7am tomorrow. This will work, right?

You're waking up, and simultaneously drinking coffee and trying to tire yourself out?
I'm very envious if you're the sort who can use coffee as a 'quick' pick-me-up without it causing problems later!
When I drink coffee to wake up, I'm awake for the next eighteen hours. Hope the plan works, if it's what you want! Make money at 7! :)

See, coffee doesn't really effect me too much. I only use it to stop the addiction headache from creeping in. If I don't have coffee or some caffeine I'm miserable but if I do have coffee I just feel like a normal human. No real pick me up from it any more. I'm hoping the plan works! Or is at least semi-successful to get me set to waking up in the morning at the least instead of waking up at 6-7pm!

Just adjust your sleep schedule the way the pilgrims did it. Pull an all-nighter with video games and mountain dew or whatever and go to sleep tomorrow

Every time I try to pull an all nighter I puss out and make it worse. I become a raging Grinch when I'm exhausted to that point so it never goes over well. Plus the lack of normal legal stimulants working on me means I'd have to do it through will power and I'm just not that strong of a person unless shit's emergency hitting the fan.
I'm having to find the easiest laziest option because I'm a terribly lazy human who wants easy routes through everything.
I thought about just sleeping all of today. Like not waking up till midnight+ but the husband didn't like me sleeping that long.

Depends, which category you fall under:
(exercise, in this case tiring yourself out cleaning) "raises your body temperature, speeds up your heart rate, and stimulates your nervous system. Exercising intensely too close to bed, for some people, can lead to interrupted sleep. But for other people, even vigorous exercise just two hours before bedtime has no negative effects on their sleep."

Okay, so quit cleaning heavily about 2 hours before I want to fall asleep. That's perfect! It takes Melatonin like 2 hours to kick in!

Start a game of factorio and try to optimize your factories. Before you know it you'll have played 20h straight and will have succeeded in your all nighter.

You can also try installing the blue-light filter onto your desktop (F.Lux) and mobile (Twilight), anything that has a red color filter helps improve your sleep and can even help make you sleepy at night. This also helps with eye strain and help you get back to a normal sleep schedule (helps improve your circadian rhythm) It's made a huge difference in actually falling asleep faster for me and I usually don't get enough sleep, like I'm actually getting a full rested sleep for the first time this week and wake up on time.

I've been running flux for the past year and I love it! I have it set to earliest wake 8am and haven't changed it. It's one of the only ways I can tell time is passing in this office. There are no windows to the outside world so when flux gets darker I know it's time to think about heading to bed.
