For anyone taking this survey, be advised that the first page won't accept your worker ID. Only the number 12 got me past the first demographics page but I think it can be any number under 14 (12 is the first combination that got me through). I also emailed the requester to let them know. I will include my Worker ID in a comments section as well, if there is one, for the requester's convenience. This is the third part of a three-part study, so the requester should already have your ID in their records. You can only take it if you have the qualification, so this is not a cheat, just a tip for those who have the qualification and can't get past the first page.
