Pros:
A quick survey even although it requires writing 3-5 sentence of advice and the numerous cons during the survey.

Cons:
A scammy requester with a piss poor implementation of TurkPrime's 'after the bot scare' tactics, not to mention multiple bot/attention/reading checks towards the beginning of the survey.

After the requester gets the data via the Qualtrics survey their piss poor implementation (of an already flawed geolocation system developed by a bunch of trained monkeys) throws erroneous errors to encourage the worker not to continue clicking to call the bluff and be provided a completion code.

The requester has of course also chosen to include images of the standard 'This survey uses a protocol to check that you are responding from inside the U.S. and not using a Virtual Private Server (VPS), Virtual Private Network (VPN), or proxy to hide your country.'

One you complete the survey the requester decides to further screw up the survey design and implementation of TurkPrime's half-baked ideas and throws several more standard images of 'Our system has detected that you are using a Virtual Private Server (VPS) or proxy to mask your country location. As has been widely reported, this has caused a number of problems with Mturk data (https://goo.gl/WD6QD4).

Because of this, we cannot let you participate in this study. If you are located in the U.S., please turn off your VPS the next time you participate in a survey-based HIT, as we requested in the warning message at the beginning. If you are outside of the U.S., we apologize, but this study is directed only towards U.S. Participants.
