    OMG CONGRATULATIONS!! sprite and saltines. Plain foods without a whole lot of spices are always best. Also the syrup from canned peaches is great. make sure she's drinking plenty of pedialyte to replenish electrolytes.

    Don't feed the wife cigs and alcohol. But really, a lot of what I've heard is just do what helps. If gingerale in the morning at least makes the puke easier to handle y'know? Congrats on the copulation!

    Congrats!

    Nothing special, but I always found that keeping a "little" and I do mean little bit of food always in my stomach really made a big difference - so I kept saltine crackers around everywhere, would eat a few before going to bed and ate a few if I woke up during the night to go to the bathroom (cuz that'll start happening all the time too) and then ate some before I even sat up in the morning. Wasn't perfect but it made things better at least.
