Considering how subjective the hit is, that's pretty damn vague.

It was a week ago. They have been communicative about trying to reverse it, and I have enlisted CT to help them figure it out, but I'm not holding my breath anymore.

Terrible interface filled with data to analyze. Things could have gone much faster if it was better organized or had sortable columns or if I had decided earlier to use brower searches in the page. Timer way too short if you really get into the analysis and I was forced to give rushed answers for way too much of the survey just to finish in time. I had to resort to writing on paper my candidates and working from that which was a further waste of time.
