We had a high wind event this weekend. Some of the 60+ year old trees didn't do so well. A few fell talking out power for a while. This one fell on a house (which doesn't appear to have a lot of damage. There is some for sure, but not as much as I would expect.)

The City was out today cutting away the branches and the root ball. That left this. The way the landscaping just kind of coves up and doesn't fall apart amazes me! Kind of beautiful in a nature manner. The ferns are still all neatly planted in the lifted high lawn!
