    I've actually been using a thin layer of mayo on the bread to fry it, gets it a little crispier for me.
    Also, I've been doing hot honey chicken, with cheese and onions, peppers, and some dried cranberries which add a little sweetness to cut the heat and cooking it in a skillet. Really good.

    I don't even like spicy stuff but the hot honey chicken lunchmeat from the deli department is really good, but very spicy, to me anyway. I'm a wimp.

    same but I'm imagining this with like, actually chicken-shaped pieces of boneless "spicy" fried chicken from the deli. the kind that isn't really spicy so I don't know why they call it that, not the red pepper fire chicken.
