I read a lot on the forum about contacting requesters
I wonder if I'm doing something wrong
I think I have contacted like 2 or three at the most

 

I usually only do it regarding rejections or unpaid bonuses

 

Eh, you shouldn't have to contact requester's that often. If there's an obvious mistake on their end or if I get a reject I'll shoot off an email and if I don't get a reply, I'm not going to hound them unless it's Kristina "I don't pay bonuses" Hood or Nicole "mturk workers are cheap labor" Yadon.

The requester replied back to my email. I'll tell him to update it for future runs of the hit.

 

I try to minimize contacting requesters as much as possible because amazon does screen messages and the requester can report you, resulting in a threatening email about shutting down your account.

 

Don't be a dick in emails and it isn't a problem.

I see, knock on wood, so far my only rejections have been due to my mistakes, perhaps I'm just lucky

 

I've never had an issue, though some people have reported getting those emails even though they were civil.
