If by "keep track" you mean you want to see when they post HITs and what HITs they post, then you can either use the Include List feature in HIT Forker or the Favorites feature in MTS HIT Finder. They are basically the same, it just depends on whether you use HIT Forker / Panda Crazy or HIT Finder / HIT Catcher.

If by "keep track" you mean accepting any and all HITs a certain requester posts, then you wanna look into using Search pandas in Panda Crazy. MTS doesn't have this kind of stuff. Or you might wanna look into Queuebicle if you wanna up your turking game.
