Not turk related: my iphone 6s (I hear you laughing) works, but when I touch the screen nothing happens. I can't even open a text. I cleaned the screen really well, and washed my hands. I can't do a hard reset because it will want me to put in code at restart. Any suggestions or am I doomed to buy a new phone?

I've had iPhones forever. This is a weird suggestion, but blow in all the holes of the phone - I've had dust get in there and it kind of wonks it out. Also try plugging in the holes (with the lightning cable, headphone cable, etc. - that might also clean out any dust).

Otherwise, I think you may be stuck having to try a soft reset or hard reset (also, try plugging it into your computer and opening iTunes and see if it starts responding).
