    throw in the ol' "i work from home and this cost me money!" thing. my dad used that every time there was some fuckery and it worked like a charm to get money off subsequent bills. i don't have an ounce of bravado so i'm never successful with it, but i hope you are, especially after so long

    Masters isn't an excuse to not do them. I would say having masters is more of a reason to do easy 1 click penny hits as they suck less without captchas.
