"thank you for your email. Our API has detected with a probability of 60.11% that you are using a VPN. I am not sure why it is doing this.

I suspect it may be a mistake and will take back the rejection tomorrow. However, to be sure, could you please tell me what city you are/were in when you participated in the study.

I apologize for the inconvenience. The thing is that we are currently inundated with fake submissions coming from server farms and therefore have to be very careful"

60% probability doesn't sound high enough for a rejection anyways but at least they changed it.
