Adventure Time! is pretty good, but I haven't seen even a majority of the episodes. Jake the dog has the same VA as Bender, John DiMaggio. Not sure if you're anti-Seth MacFarlane altogether but I enjoy American Dad WAYYY more than Family Guy.

Totally understandable. I didn't think much of American Dad at first until I looked past the "oh this is just another Family Guy" thing. The key difference for me is that Seth isn't involved at all in the creative process and just does 2 main cast voices (not 129,383 impressions per episode ala Family Guy).

Another one to throw out there would be Drawn Together. It's a fairly old Comedy Central cartoon based from the Big Brother/reality TV boom where cartoon character parodies live in a house together.

Season 4, the Bar Mitzvah Shuffle. One of the best from s4! The "they're just actors on a show" running gag kills me every time still.
