Caught ten, those were fine. Then caught another ten, they were return requests. Then tried to do them on mturk, complete one, and they return request on auto accept. Tried manual twice, they don't even complete one.

Not sure I'm following what you're saying, but once you cap, they will give you the message about how the remaining work is reserved for other workers. You won't be able to complete any more for a little while.
