What are your thoughts on a requester who does pre-qualification hits at 0.15 on March 23(I took this one), then increase the rewards to $1 one week later?

 

its their qual hit, they can pay whatever they want. let it be

 

This is one area where I'm new.. he said the $1 hit are different from $0.15, but the hit description and titles are the same.. and I want to get other people thoughts as well..
