fall asleep early/up early again?

 

Ohhhh no I'm with you in the AM no sleep arena now haha. I swapped my sleep schedule like a month or two ago. Impossible to go to the gym w/ a toddler once they're not comatose so now I'm up by 5AM every morning & just go to bed early. It's benadryl season so 4am seems to be when it wears off and my body freaks out and thinks I've overslept :emoji_sweat_smile:

Real mind bender.. I spent my entire teen/adult life being a "stay up til 4AM" person and now I wake up at 4AM naturally.. :emoji_joy:

The biggest issue is my HR slows down so much at night fitbit just gives up trying and is putting me as "asleep" when I'm still sitting at my desk finishing up work :emoji_joy: usually only actually asleep 11/midnightish but I gave up fixing it :afraid:

 

I just sleep here and there when my body finally allows me to. 3pm, 3am, an hour or 2 here and there. Whatever keeps me from dying.

 

I couldn't survive spring without chemically induced comas every night :emoji_joy: highly recommend 10/10 though not sure how good the Benadryl sleep quality really is but its better than dreaming about nature's chemical attack war crimes

 

I have some prescription sleep meds, but I don't really like to take them. They knock me out like 10 hours and I'm groggy the next day for a couple of hours after I wake. They work a little too well.
