I've wondered that, too. I rated them based on whether I would continue listening to it on an audiobook. I guess that's alright, because I keep getting the accuracy bonuses for them.

 

Depending on how bad the background noise is and how well I can understand the speaker, I pick from fair to bad on those with a lot of background noise. I am not sure if that is the correct way to do it but they have been approved lol.

I'm kind of picky on those myself. I figure if I wouldn't want to hear that clip any longer than the 10 seconds or so, then it gets a lower rating.

And then, yes, the ones that come up and I'm so disappointed that it's just a clip because the voice sounds so nice.
