I just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone using TurkerHub, and especially TurkerView. This week alone we've already taken in over 1,000 reviews & set a new all-time record for most reviews in a single day.. which y'all then crushed the very next day.

Before TV even existed as a single line of code I was discussing back-end infrastructure with @ThisPoorGuy - we estimated it'd take at least a year to be getting up to 100 reviews/day (if ever!).. yeah, that was our high-estimation.. Then yesterday:

Oh, and of those 1,000+ data points 86.7% of them were >$7.25/hr and 64.3% were above California's $10.50 minimum wage - all in welcomingly stark contrast to the 10c/min "recommendation"

That was some comment on reddit yesterday from a rando I've personally never seen before, but its really nice to know that our community is the source of so many positive vibes.

Even if surveys aren't your bread & butter its pretty crazy the network we've built of high value work on a platform that can never seem to make the news for anything other than the term "slave wages" :emoji_sweat_smile: I just wanted to take a moment as I was rummaging around the back end working on things to say I appreciate everyone taking a minute or two out of their workflow to drop a completion time into the pool.

This has always been one of my core beliefs about the platform.. being able to "network effect" the good aspects of it does amazing things. And seriously, Requesters notice too. We've had probably half a dozen claim their TV accounts in the last month, and just yesterday another joined specifically citing the positive & cooperative nature of TV as the reason they ended up reaching out to verify their account. That is the kind of tiny drop in the bucket that makes huge waves: one more Requester getting good data and most importantly getting positive communication channels & feedback is one more likely to stick around & continue to raise the floor of what we do day-to-day.

ALL of that is freaking awesome & I love you all for reaching out to Requesters & name dropping & all those tiny things that add up to me looking at the graph one day and going "whoa, wtf" LOL.

Anywho wild stuff aside I'm pretty excited to start sharing the next iteration of work with folks in the coming weeks - things may have been quiet on the home front but I promise I've been busy :emoji_smiley:

I submitted before completing with my ID, and sent a message describing the end of the hit in detail to the requester in a message. If I don't hear back, especially with some sort of apology or at least an acknowledgement of the mistake, or if I get a rejection, then I'm going to go full machine.
