Doesn't require too much brain power.

Cons:
Good amount of reading and writing but not too bad. Can take much longer if you think too hard about it or want to write a lot. Six modules in the main component and then a survey with a fair amount of bubbles and writing prompts related to your experience using the modules.

MLD has really sunken low.. they used post $100 an hour batches now they post like $1 an hour batches. Amazing

I brushed me teeth yesterday.. I think. Will do so this morning after I finish my coffee. It's so acidic I wait till after that.

Wait at least 45 minutes after drinking coffee to brush your teeth; acidic softening of enamel allows toothpaste to abrade the softened dental surface, damaging and mechanically stripping enamel and eventually exposing the dentin below. To minimize the potential damage of drinking coffee, and especially coffee polluted with sweeteners, follow coffee consumption with a mouth rinse of water.

Alternatively, the addition of dairy products to coffee can significantly reduce the acidic softening of enamel, chiefly through the mechanism of hydrophobic protein-acid binding, predominant between chlorogenic acid and β-casein and β-lactoglobulin, through (Leu138, Thr126, Gln123, Ser124, Gln167, Ser166, Ser168) and (Cys66, Leu22, Lys60, Trp61, Ser21, Lys69, Gln59) respectively.

Of course, adding dairy to coffee radically reduces the bioavailability of chlorogenic acid, the principle polyphenol antioxidant of coffee, which somewhat defeats the purpose of coffee consumption.
