    I'm no expert by any means but I would say it depends on what your ailments are and what you're trying to do. youtube is great cuz you literally type "stretches for knee pain" or "easy exercises for arthritic knees" and there is videos made by doctors and physical therapists of stuff you can do. or I google specific stuff about my injury/ailment and "exercise", "stretches", "strengthening". all of them always say "ask your doctor" and whatever, and I'm not a doctor so there's that, lol. but that's usually what I do. osteoarthritis runs in the family so I'm usually experiencing stiffness and pain a lot of the time, specifically in my knees and lower back (also have disc degeneration of the L4-L5 disc). what I do know is the more immobile I stay, the more pain/stiffness I have so more movement is always better than none.
