It's broken, and if you haven't spend any time in the real world knowing that death does, indeed, happen, don't accept it without your anti-anxiety med of choice and a fainting couch handy and a strongly worded "I'm triggered" response pre-written. The title says unpleasant, and unless you grew up on watching open-heart surgery on Discovery, it's beyond unpleasant.
