Spent an hour on a suspiciously tedious repetitive study, and ran out of time. When a study smells like it's going to be a waste of time, it probably will. When you smell that smell, don't hesitate to hit the return button. The return button IS your best friend and mine. Return, return, return!

 

No back button (as usual), and page 3 of the study wants a refinement of numerous data points from page 2. My memory isn't that good. Next time, I'll take notes or screenshots.

Some surveys have no Next button either. One click puts your response and goes to the next page instantly.

Finger twitched on page 6, accidental double-click puts my correct response on page 6 and a wrong response on page 7 and ends up on 8. — Can't fix, because there's no back button.

 

That is actually kind of annoying.

 

One thing I like about "some other" survey platforms – No specified time limits. I can take my sweet time.
