    No rejection yet from that HIT, but it's still pending and I just saw they have a 63% acceptance rate so I'm not holding my breath.

    Thanks. — In this case the completion code did appear on a page. The final page was a Prolific completion failure page, saying Prolific couldn't find the study to complete it (because the study was really on Connect not Prolific). So I submitted the completion code to Connect, and reported the issue via Connect.
