    is anyone else's QBC completely quiet and not accepting tasks ?

    also um the watcher page is showing SETTING UP always and I cannot access the tuning sliders. this is something it does with a new profile after reinstall yes? well how long is this SETTING UP last? does it need like several days of data to get going ?
