How'd you manage to complete this hit without a survey code? I thought about emailing the researcher but we only had 15mins for the hit so I figured I should just return it.

 

If there's not a survey code, it's generally okay to just submit your WorkerID in its place. I've been doing it for years and never had a problem. Some people will send a note and a screenshot to the requester as well just to be sure.
