    So I did some spying on your location and legally speaking you live in a one party consent state according to the googles. So if she was recording she'd be legally ok to do so without others being notified.

    The fact she's in school muddies the waters though because they have ultimate say over with you can/can't have. Just something to think about,.

    It's fantastic. However, and I'm not advocating anything here but... When you're dealing w/ a private business their recourse is generally like a dude who gets robbed by a hooker.. sure, you can call the cops, but you have to explain why the fuck you were in a shady motel with a hooker to begin with.

    And in cases when there is no reason to discuss the recording or keep it it's not like it ever happened :dunno: YMMV.

    Yea it also doesn't help that the other kid is very smart about the way she does things, she covers tracks, gets other people to do shit for her, it's going to be hard to prove shes the ringleader to be honest....she's kinda like Manson.
