    Description: Your job is to look through a series of tweets, and mark any ones that are related to an `event`. An `event` is a real-world occurrence that happened at a particular place and time. We are looking for tweets that relate to a specific event. There are not too many of these, but we wish to find them. Possible examples are when the tweet says that: someone won an award, or an election; someone died or won/lost a court case or a game; something happened at a live concern; a storm hits a certain place; and so on.
