Crowdsurf bonuses are time based and you need to maintain a certain internal score, you can also get a bonus for doing X/per week.

The pay even with bonuses is garbage, like, you're lucky to get $6, and usually less because a lot of your time will be throwing back garbage hits like heavily accented russian woman doing math, which is a double whammy on your internal score because A.) the reviewers will add words or guess when they don't understand an accent and B.) they ignore the guidelines for math and 'correct' your transcriptions even though you've followed the guideline.

IMO they're only worth doing to grind numbers while you're waiting for a panda, and even then you should cherry pick the best audio.

speed: how often it should send the request
no adjust: how often it would send the request without the response time being accounted for
adjusted: how much needed to be knocked off in order to get the speed down to the right time
