    they have a habit of letting some pending work sit for the full 30 if they don't approve it the first time around, for whatever reason, but they don't reject; can be a little annoying

    seems like they're running more short-term quals recently, maybe to make sure they're getting fresh/active workers for every batch? they used to use temporary exclusion quals but maybe this is a new approach, who knows
