    We vary it for a dipping sauce. But this is the dressing. Usually it's more olive-oil-y and less tahini when you get to the last blending stage :)

    Do you guys use the scallions whites or greens? Does this keep in the fridge for a few days?

    Whole scallions whites to greens. And it's a quick sauté - just until the onions are translucent.

    It definitely keeps in the fridge. I'd say about three days.

    Lol - no, husband has the recipes memorized - he cooked in a restaurant. Definitely not me lol.

    That's a totally cool song and I'm not super familiar with the Marias - but love it.

    Been listening to some Patti Smith tonight - just finished her book "The Year of the Monkey" which was fantastic. Very surreal and like reading a traveling book of wandering poetry.
