    I just need to vent this out.
    There is a HIT titled: Penn State Survey on Pennsylvania Voters' Views on Education
    Currently under the name of Hilarey Verno but at the time I saw it, yesterday, it was Yasmeen Benamar
    The Qualifications Required included Location is US. Yet if you try to do the HIT and you're outside of Pennsylvania it stops you. Ok fair enough but then why not make the requirement limited to PA?
    So I contacted them about this. "You have your HIT location set for US, then when workers try to do it the survey tells them they are outside of Pennsylvania. I do believe it's possible to narrow it down to a set state(s)."
    The reply I got was "Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, there is not a qualification option for a certain state, so we explained in our title and description that we are looking for Pennsylvania voters. We apologize for any inconvenience."
    Unfortunately I cannot write back to say, Are you sure about that? and then enclose the following image
