Am I confused or did those Sage tasks (on Prolific) give 2 completion codes at the end, one big bold code with a copy button, and another different code above it in plain text labeled "completion code"?

I go with the "completion code", It is confusing but no rejections so far.

Yeah that looks more like a real completion code up there.
I was using the big bold blue with the copy button.

I encountered a bug in one of their tasks and submitted a detailed report.
I wish we could get bonuses for helpful bug reporting. ;-) lol.

Trying to get into a user-testing site, had a technical problem at my end and had to immediately stop the onboarding test (before doing any testing) – now the system won't let me back in.

If support won't respond to my plea, I'll be out of luck. My account is effectively locked out. (Signing up again with a different email is NOT an option, it's against the rules.)

Either they'll respond and give me a break and help me out, or else I'll never get back in.

The problem was that I was using 2 screens, and the test instructions were showing on the default (laptop screen) while the test itself was going to be on my bigger 2nd screen (external monitor). That situation messed with the requirement that it all be kept visible together on a screen. – So I quit the test temporarily while I reconfigured to use the big screen only. And in the process I lost my access to the test. :-/
