Is anyone else having problems with the Forbush Lab hit entitled Behavioral Health Study(~ 90 minutes) ?

Near the very beginning of the hit on the demographics page it asked for our Amazon MTurk number and I threw it in there like I've been doing for the past several years and now it won't let me advance the page saying that I don't have a valid ID number in the box. I've tried it in both Firefox and Chrome with the same results.

This was going really well until you get to the writing task buried toward the end asking you to write a review of the most recent movie or TV show you watched.
Does not mention the existence of the writing task until you get to it.
Has a section where it requests you upload your Netflix viewing history and personal music playlists. It says that's optional, and it let me proceed without doing so.
