    Ok, after saying I had no trouble submitting a Luke Chang hit, now mine won't submit. I get. to the page with demographics and submit that and the box is just blank. The original window still says "Begin Experiment" instead of the "Submit" Anybody have a solution?

    Just happened to me. Refresh the page that says Begin Experiment. That fixed the issue for me.

    Thanks. I refresh but it is still at begin experiment It takes me to the very end of video and I do the demographics again and the same thing happens again. I did send an email and they said to do so if we had problems.

    I emailed them and they replied very quickly. They told me to try pasting the hit in to a different browser and see if it changed. It didn't. They told me if that didn't work to let them know, they had my data and would set up a compensation hit for me.
