The account name on the top right of steam is not what your username that people see though.

You can make a new steam account and use family sharing to have access to all of your old games.

Unless you mean $150 on the gift card account (if that case lol) well you can buy games for your other account and gift it to it.

There isn't a rule against new accounts or anything like that so don't worry about it... and hey at least valve isn't like blizzard and it was just your fault for using your own name lol. Real ID or w/e it was called was such a clusterfuck when blizzard tried to do it.

Ah yeah that is on your steam wallet. You can't transfer the money but you can keep logging into the old account and gifting games to your new account.

Why the hell do you have $167 sitting on your account anyways? lol

This also works.

You also could put some random thing up on the steam market on your new account and buy it with your old one to transfer the money lol. You will lose 15% or w/e it is from steam fees but you won't expose your old account name at all that way and it will be all at once.
