The music was beautiful, the survey format was properly set up, there is at least some contact information present

Cons:
Being forced to focus on that for the entire time without clicking anywhere. I had a problem loading one of the clips and sent notice to the requester. I also think it is important to consider that she hasn't actually approved anyone's work yet which concerns me as this is a new requester.
