Yeah I have no idea what I did wrong. It took mere minutes to complete, easiest HIT I did that day. Oh wail.

That's some serious shit when I feel it this far away. At first I thought my eyes had just gone dizzy because I'm crocheting, but then I looked up to refocus my eyes and saw all of my window blinds swaying and realized that what I was feeling was an earthquake.

It was a swaying one, not a jerky one or a rolling one.

My kid, however, didn't feel it. My mom and brother just called me and we felt it. And we are far away from the epicenter.

 

We had a quick one and Matt thought it was an aftershock again and I went, “or maybe it’s a pre shock!”

And then a couple minutes later the couch started rocking and the washer started banging into the floor and we hustled for a doorway while frank decided he would die happy and stole Matt’s dinner.

Spoiler alert: Frank is alive and full now.

My animals had literally no reaction. None of them even noticed. Probably because we are so far away from the epicenter.
