    I only did one, as I wasted much time trying to figure out if I was supposed to write out the entire sentence with the substitution, or just the substitution, and if the substitution should include the brackets.

    Gave up trying to figure it out and simply entered just the substitution with brackets. Hope that was OK.

    It seems that I do have more flair ups with low pressure systems rolling in. I also appears that I can have a flair up in a day that ends in Y. It's hard to predict.
