Chicken mostly! I like batch making shredded chicken quesadillas for the freezer and then using the bones & veggie scraps I have in the freezer (onion peels, celery, carrot bits, etc) to make a bomb ass stock. So the stock got canned, and then I made tortillas & put the quesadillas together. Then canned the rest of the chicken in broth to use for other meals. Also did some salmon I had because the pieces were weird/thin and difficult to cook with.. figured having some ready to go for salads or just eating out of the jar would be a better use.
